
About Jon Rickers

Jon Rickers is a senior Human Resources (HR) executive with over 20 years’ experience creating and implementing innovative, cost-effective solutions for developing top talent, improving an organization’s competitive advantage, and enhancing the employee experience. As Principal at PEG Consulting, Jon leverages his knowledge of business, experience as a Corporate HR Executive, and his expertise in human capital, organization development and design, and culture to guide organizations from the traditional way to proactively transforming in this “now”.
Prior to founding PEG Consulting, Jon spent 20 years as the top HR Leader for multiple organizations ranging from $50M in revenue early in his career to $1.5B in revenue in his most recent corporate role where he was Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for a publicly-traded global manufacturer. Jon also spent almost four years as an expatriate in Europe and has experience supporting businesses in multiple countries in North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions. Jon earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU), a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University (TCU).
